Price is $30 per student and families can choose to pay in full during signup or select a sponsorship choice (gather donations from friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, etc. to cover the cost).

All participants registered  by the deadline will receive a white t-shirt with a Color Run logo to wear on race day. Make sure to take a photo of your powder-covered student before washing their shirt! Read this article on How To Make Color Powder Stay In Your Race Shirt! If you are driving, put a towel in your car! Color powder should wash out from other clothing, but keep in mind that shoes will get colored too and may not wash out depending on shoe design/materials.

The color powders, by Color Blaze Supply, are made with 100% food-grade cornstarch, baking soda, FD&C approved food and cosmetic dyes and D&C (Drugs & Cosmetics) dye, which is completely, safe, non-toxic and biodegradable. While color dust is safe, people with allergies and/or asthma may want to take extra precautions, such as wearing protective masks and/or cheering on participants away from the race route color stations where the concentration of dust will be higher. We caution parents to evaluate their child’s tolerance to dust and make appropriate decisions about participation.

This is a family event! Parents and siblings can cheer on the racers and enjoy the day’s festivities. At least one adult from your family must attend to supervise your children. We cannot accommodate student drop-off for this event. Consider walking if you can since parking is limited.

In the event of inclement weather, we will try to reschedule the Color Run but cannot guarantee it. No refunds will be issued. Rain supposedly makes the color brighter so a little rain won’t stop us! Heavy rain, lightning, or dangerous field conditions will force a cancellation.

Non-Belle Aire K-6th grade students living in the neighborhood are welcome to participate as well! Sign up here, select your student’s grade, and in the teacher field select “Non-Belle Aire Student.” Payment is due in full by race day when you pick up your shirt.

Preschool: Kids 2yrs-preschool age are allowed to run a short dash at the end of the event free of charge. No shirts will be provided for these students, so if interested they should come dressed in their own white tee shirt.

Older than 6th grade: As much as we love seeing our Belle Aire alumni siblings, to keep the event fun and safe for our students, we cannot accept participants older than 6th grade.

We need volunteers to make this event a success! We’ll need help with setup, check-in table, spraying the student runners with the colored powder, and cleanup. Sign up here
